A 3-month certification program under the guidance of Vikas Malkani, best-selling author of ‘The Little Manual of Meditation’ and ‘The Little Manual of Enlightenment’
This is a 3-month certification program that takes you on the journey of becoming a master of your mind (and life) through the use of the wisdom & techniques of meditation.
The program will involve a weekly meeting for 2 hours and also work to be done at home on the lessons and techniques learnt.

This program is open to those who are serious and sincere about their own personal evolution and wish to take responsibility for their own lives and all its aspects, be it mental, emotional, spiritual or material.
As part of your curriculum, you will need to read 'The Little Manual of Meditation' and ‘The Little Manual of Enlightenment’ during your training. 'Enlightenment Made Simple' written by Vikas is also highly recommended if you can find a copy.
A Taste of the Contents
- The nature of the mind will be clearly understood and seen.
- The 9 different abilities of the mind – such as contemplation, concentration, introspection, imagination etc will be understood and strengthened over the training.
- The process & practice of detachment will be explored.
- The following techniques of meditation will be practiced.
• Breath Awareness (Ana-Pana Sati and Vipasana)
• Mental Focus (Concentration on image)
• Counting your Blessings
• Mantra Meditation (Concentration on sound)
• Mala Meditation (3-M technique)
• Specialized (secret) techniques from Raja Yoga which are historically only passed on from master to disciple.
• Awareness (witnessing) Meditation
• Active Meditations will be practiced and mastered.
- The Trinity of Time- Past, Present and Future will clearly be understood and mastered. This is essential to bring the mind to fullness in the moment which leads to the state of mindfulness.
- The relationship between self-effort and grace will be understood.
- The concept of ‘The Gap’ between the thoughts will be explored.
- Selected reading from the scriptures and the writings of Spiritual Masters is a part of the program. Books will be recommended by Vikas.
- Basic postures for meditation will be understood and practiced.
- The background, evolution and the nature of meditation itself will be delved into and clearly understood.
- Ancient parables & stories will be analyzed and lessons imbibed into daily life.
- The training will involve a mandatory number of hours of home study and practice.
